Description

Handcrafted using natural olive wood, Saarde’s range of olive wood bathroom accessories, including this olive wood soap dish, is hard, durable and non porous.  Each piece is unique because of both it’s hand crafted character and the striking knots and grain found in the olive wood.  Each piece is kiln dried for durability and becomes darker and richer in colour as it ages.

Saarde olive wood designs are crafted in small batches, as our artisans in Tunisia carve each piece from only pruned Olive tree branches or dead trunks. This ensures that no fruit bearing trees are damaged and that this otherwise unused timber in brought to life with a second use in these pieces.
