iKOU Ground & Balance essential oil blend is a refreshing blend of pure essential oils to help harmonise the mind & body.

This blend includes essential oils of Organic Italian Orange Oil, Ylang Ylang, Cardamom, Cedarwood, Patchouli and Frankincense.

iKOU essential oils are suitable for use in an oil burner or steam diffuser and can be blended 8 drops of essential oil to 20ml carrier oil for use on the skin or into a hot bath.
