sweet orange – generally widely known as an incredibly uplifting, refreshing oil with a pleasing citrus scent

cinnamon – warm, sweet and spicy; encourages strength, energy and concentration

vanilla – pleasantly rich and sweet, promotes a sense of calm and happiness

Directions:

Oil burner: Add 5-7 drops to water

Massage: Add 5-7 drops to every 10ml of vegetable oil

Bath: Add 5-7 drops to every 10ml of bath oil or cup of milk.
