Plucked by hand to select the highest-grade leaves and maintain the integrity of leaf for superior flavour. Classic, aromatic and full bodied. A bright coppery brew with a stimulating palate that goes well with food.

Brew in fresh, boiling water 100 degrees for 2-4 minutes. 1 teaspoon per cup.
