sweet orange – generally widely known as an incredibly uplifting, refreshing oil with a pleasing citrus scent

pink grapefruit – a zesty, uplifting citrus to uplift and energise

linden blossom – a calming and relaxing, floral with hints of honey and citrus scents

Directions: 

Oil burner: Add 5-7 drops to water

Massage: Add 5-7 drops to every 10ml of vegetable oil

Bath: Add 5-7 drops to every 10ml of bath oil or cup of milk.
