Key essential oils:

Australian lemon myrtle – sweet and lemony, a popular, uplifting, soothing and purifying scent

sweet orange – generally widely known as an incredibly uplifting, refreshing oil with a pleasing citrus scent

litsea cubeba – sometimes called ‘may chang’, an uplifting, fruity lemon scent, helpful at relieving stress

bergamot – an incredibly soothing and calming citrus scent often used for relieving depression

Directions: 

Oil burner: Add 5-7 drops to water

Massage: Add 5-7 drops to every 10ml of vegetable oil

Bath: Add 5-7 drops to every 10ml of bath oil or cup of milk.
